About the event
Join Jonathon Stalls, author of WALK: Slow Down, Wake Up, and Connect at 1-3 Miles Per Hour, for a walk'n talk book event on Saturday, January 21st with Yeshi and others at Wholesome Remedies in Denver's Montclair/Lowry neighborhoods! The walking portion of the event is optional and will start/finish at Wholesome Remedies. It will be a 5-6 mile walk through nearby parks and neighborhoods. It will be at a conversational pace (2-3 miles per hour) and will take roughly 2-2.5 hours. Please plan to bring plenty of layers, snacks/togo lunch, comfortable shoes, and water. We will have snacks and warm drinks available at the shop after the walk for the reading/signing. For those planning to come just to the book signing, please plan to arrive at the shop at or a little before 1:00 pm.
