{Golden to Denver} Brave Creativity, Healing & Movement: 18 + Miles

Join us for a one-of-a-kind 18-20 mile walking experience from downtown Golden to Denver's Union Station... in one day! This particular walking experience will center themes of brave creativity, healing, nature connection, and inner reflection. While there will be plenty of time for social connection, there will also be significant portions of encouraged silence. There will be several prompts throughout the walk helping us to explore Brave Creativity - in our personal life, work, artistic expression, projects, relationships, sociopolitical unrest, and more. On every Golden to Denver walking experience, I encourage participants to invite the heavier things alongside the beautiful things. There is no shortage of wonder and awe when taking time to move, unhurried under our big open sky. There are also waves of injustice impacting global, national, and local communities.
