New Years Day - Breathing, Artmaking & Intention Setting

This will be a casual time to make meaningful connections, participate in deep breathing, make art, and set intentions together for 2022. Please feel invited to drop in and out, have your mic/video on and off, and participate in whatever ways feel meaningful to you. I will have music playing in the background and will welcome folks as they flow in. You will be invited to have your microphone muted so we can limit background noise and enjoy eachother's company. Please have artmaking tools/materials with you (drawing pads, canvases, jewelry, clay, journals/writing, coloring, ANYTHING) if you want to create art while we breathe and gather.

Rough schedule:

8:30-8:50 - Introductions, Welcome, Flow (Please feel invited to make art while introductions are happening!)

8:50-9:00 - Deep Breathing

9:00-10:00 - Artmaking, Reflecting & (Optional!) Intention Setting
