About the event
Peace and Courage ~
This will be a time for us to share in some light stretching, practice15-20 minutes of centering, and check-in with one another. It will be a very casual of time to deepen and connect with one another. If you are not an Intrinsic Paths Patron and would like to learn more, please visit: www.Patron.com/IntrinsicPaths.
The centering practice/sit will be guided lightly at the beginning and be a time of quiet sitting. This is a multi-faith, no-faith invitation. Come as you are, right where you are. Readings will be shared both before and after and are from a variety of teachings and traditions.
