{Larkspur} Movement, Plants, and Healing with Lesley Gilbert of Sacred Spaces

Walk Details:

Join us for an unhurried walking, plant connecting, and ceremonial experience with Lesley Gilbert of Sacred Spaces. We will meet at the Spruce Meadows Open Space Trailhead, move on a "Prairie Plant Walk", hike up Spruce Mountain, rest for a rocktop lunch break (with guided stretching, meditation, forest tea blend collecting, & more), hike down the mountain, and move slowly back to our start. The total RT route will be roughly 7-8 miles in length. Jonathon will also share from his book, WALK - Slow Down, Wake Up, & Connect at 1-3 Miles Per Hour throughout our experience.
