About the event

Walk Details:

Our group will meet at Centennial Park (right next to playground near pavillion) at 6 pm. We will start with introductions and a couple grounding practices. We will then walk for 20-30 minutes along the Arkansas Riverwalk Trail. We will find a spot to gather and rest to share in a few readings from WALK book.
